Europe Net, a subsidiary of ADAC TruckService, takes over global 24/7 service hotline on behalf of Schiwa
To support its international customers in the food industry, Schiwa GmbH & Co. KG has chosen a company from Swabia in southern Germany as its service provider. The renowned machinery and equipment manufacturer has commissioned Europe Net, a subsidiary of ADAC TruckService based in Laichingen, to operate its global 24/7 service hotline and be available around the clock to support customers in all time zones.
“Fast and professional technical support is essential for our food slicing systems, because otherwise factories will come to a standstill. Europe Net is known for its professional hotline service and it also has the necessary experience and process know-how to cope with even the most difficult demands,” explained Sebastian Siegle, technical plant manager at Schiwa.
Specially trained service agents at Europe Net capture and coordinate all incoming customer enquiries centrally in Laichingen. From damage claims and technical support to spare parts orders and requests for quotes, all queries are recorded in detail and forwarded to the correct recipient at Schiwa. This ensures that reliable customer support is provided in all time zones.
