ENIA platform
All service providers are connected via a shared web-based system: the Europe Net Internet Application, or ENIA. On this web-based system, all our customers and partners can find the complete range of services in and for the whole of Europe. Standardised and personalised reports can be produced as a service feature; this is not hampered by the very high level of security. Case handling and billing are both carried out centrally via ENIA. The platform can also be flexibly combined with all of our partners’ apps.
